ศูนย์ภาษาอังกฤษ ACT-Bell ได้คัดเลือกนักเรียนระดับชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่3 ที่มีคะแนนสูงสุดของนักเรียนผลการเรียนภาษาอังกฤษเบลล์เพื่อสอบภาษาอังกฤษด้วยข้อสอบมาตรฐานมหาวิทยาลัย Cambridge ระดับ First Certificate in English (for school) ในวันศุกร์ที่ 2 เมษายน 2564
ปีการศึกษา 2563 เป็นปีการศึกษาแรกที่ศูนย์ฯ คัดเลือกนักเรียนเพื่อเข้าสอบในระดับ FCE โดยมีจุดประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนานักเรียนที่มีความสามารถให้ไปได้ถึงขีดสุด นักเรียนที่ผ่านการทดสอบระดับนี้จะมีคะแนนเทียบเท่ากับการได้คะแนนจากข้อสอบ IELTS 5.5 - 6.5 ขึ้นอยู่กับคะแนนที่นักเรียนได้รับ
First Certificate in English (for School): FCE เป็นข้อสอบที่ได้รับการยอมรับจากบริษัท และสถาบันการศึกษาหลายแห่งทั่วโลก ข้อสอบนี้เป็นข้อสอบระดับ B2 ซึ่งยืนยันว่าผู้ที่สอบผ่านมีระดับทักษะภาษาอังกฤษที่สามารถเรียนในคอร์สที่สอนเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ หรือใช้ชีวิตและทำงานในประเทศที่ใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเป็นสื่อกลางในการสื่อสารได้โดยลำพัง ซึ่งการสอบในครั้งนี้เพื่อพัฒนาระดับความสามารถด้านภาษาอังกฤษของนักเรียนเทียบเท่ามาตรฐานสากล โดยอ้างอิงจาก Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) ซึ่งเป็นมาตรฐานสากลที่ใช้อธิบายระดับความเชี่ยวชาญทางภาษา ที่ได้รับการยอมรับอย่างกว้างขวางในทวีปยุโรป และมีการยอมรับเพิ่มมากขึ้นทั่วโลก

ACT-Bell Language Centre has selected students in Mattayom 3 (Grade 9) who has the best score to do the Cambridge Examination: Frist Certificate in English on Friday 2nd April 2021.
2021 is the first year that we organise FCE exam for our best students. Our aim is to develop students’ English abilities and take them as far as they could go. The students who pass this exam will have an equivalent score of 5.5 - 6.5 in IELTS.
FCE is Cambridge’s most popular exam, accepted by thousands of businesses and educational institutions worldwide. A B2 First qualification proves you have the language skills to live and work independently in an English-speaking country or study on courses taught in English. This examination is one of many approaches that we do to develop the students’ ability to international standards.
The Council of Europe’s Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) is a series of descriptions of abilities at different learning levels that can be applied to any language. It can provide a starting point for interpreting and comparing different language qualifications and is increasingly used as a way of benchmarking language ability around the world.
