Around 60 prospective students came to ACT’s English Program on Sunday the 13th of January to attend speaking tests for entrance into the department’s grade 7 and grade 10. The department’s English teachers, most of whom are well trained in Cambridge examining techniques, ran the day’s tests. These tests will determine whether students can be accepted into the EP department and whether or not they will be required to study extra English with the provision of the departments’ 32 hour Intensive English Speaking course, offered every year, for those with less confident English speaking.
We would like to take the opportunity to wish all of this years’ applicants the very best of luck and look forward to seeing you in the coming Academic Year 2013.
